1. Who needs to register?
  2. What if I don’t register?
  3. What do I do if my entity type is not in the SRA Entity Index?
  4. Will you add my entity type to the SRA Entity Index?

My question isn’t addressed here.

Who needs to register?

The SRA provides mandatory registration and optional licensing services for members of the international supernatural, paranatural and magico-religious communities. If you are entity listed in the SRA Entity Index and you do not have a Supernatural Entity Number, you must register.

By registering with the SRA, non-human entities guaranteed due process and a fair trial in any civil or criminal legal proceedings related to their supernatural capabilities.

What if I don’t register?

If you are supernatural, paranatural or other SRA-governed entity and you remain unregistered beyond the allowable amnesty window for your type, you may be subject to actions that include (but are not limited to):

  • Arrest on sight
  • 24 - 72 hour remand while your identity and status are determined
  • Search and seizure of personal property
  • Forced registration, with restrictions
  • Forcible removal from public, municipal or federal property
  • Deportation
  • Nullification of non-human abilities (procedures may include surgery or mental conditioning)
  • In extreme cases, immediate termination

The Supernatural Enforcement and Protection Act of 1952 states that the SRA’s duty to protect human lives supersedes the US Constitution, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and all similar rights-related laws.

What do I do if my entity type is not in the SRA Entity Index?

The scope of the Entity Index is broad enough that 99% of all supernatural, paranatural and magico-religious entities fall within one of the classifications. Some classifications, such as “Ghost” or “Shaman”, can be considered synonyms for many more specific entity types. If you do not see your entity type in the Index, you should register as the nearest applicable synonym. If there is simply no classification that describes you, synonym or otherwise, you are an entity classification that does not fall within the SRA’s jurisdiction, and you do not need to register.

Special note for were-creatures:

As per the Stockholm Shape-Shifter Protocol, the classification for all were-creature other than werewolf is “Therianthrope”, regardless of which feral traits the entity displays. The SRA has neither the resources nor the desire to manage discrete classifications for the dozens of other were-creatures identified.

Will you add my entity type to the SRA Entity Index?

The SRA Advisory Board conducts biennial reviews of the Index entries. These reviews are preceded by a public poll where recommendations from the public are considered. The next Index Review is scheduled for Monday November 3rd, 2016.

Requests for additional entity classifications outside of Index Review Polls will be ignored.
